Sidewalls to pulleys

Before fitting, the saddle must be reamed around the perimeter of the pulley side,
...into which the sidewalls are to be fitted. The saddle must have the same diameter as the inner
diameter of the sidewall. The sidewall is then fitted to the pulley and secured
by crimping or other suitable means.
 

Selecting the sidewall

Each sidewall is marked with its number. The sidewall number for a particular
pulley can be found in our catalogue in the sidewall mounting table

An even easier way is to find the correct sidewall number
in our e-shop by entering the following two parameters in the search
table:

1. Pulley profile (e.g. HTD 5M)
2. Number of pulley teeth (e.g. 18)
