Wedge and circular endless belts are made from thermoplastic (PU, PES) webs by welding their ends. Each profile is usually produced in several hardness variants, which are distinguished from each other by colour. Reinforced versions can be an improved variant. The belts produced are very strong and resistant to the working environment. A small disadvantage is the elasticity of the unreinforced profiles, where unstable tensile force transfers occur during impact and reverse strokes.
