Product description
The clamping sleeve is inserted into the cylindrical bore in the hub of the clamping element and slipped onto the shaft with it. When the mounting bolts are tightened, the sliding cones act on each other to expand the walls of the sleeve and exert a clamping pressure on the shaft and hub.The self-centring sleeve RCK 61 is suitable for medium torque transmission. As there is a small axial displacement of the shaft in the hub during assembly, this axial force can be used, for example, to clamp (press) adjacent components onto the hub.
