The clamping sleeve is inserted into the cylindrical hole in the hub of the clamping element and slipped onto the shaft. When the mounting bolts are tightened, the sliding cones act on each other to expand the walls of the sleeve and exert a clamping pressure on the shaft and hub.The RCK 80 sleeve is designed for medium torque transmission. It is suitable for hubs with thin walls and for connections requiring radial and axial positioning accuracy.
