For TB housing
As standard we offer pulleys with a hub ready for the tapered clamping sleeve
TB (Taper Bush). The bushing must be ordered
separately, according to the specific shaft diameter.

We do not offer pulleys with full hub
Hub Clamp for TB Taper Bush
The pulley has a tapered hole in the hub for a specific TB number
bushing. Each bushing number is produced in multiple variations for different
shaft diameters. When ordering a TB bushing, it is therefore necessary to know its number
(part of the TB pulley name) and the diameter of the shaft on which the bushing will be
to be fitted. For example, the designation TB2012-25 indicates the bushing number 2012
and the shaft diameter of 25 mm on which the bushing and pulley can be mounted.
During assembly, the bushing is inserted into the hub and loosely, by hand only, into the
the mounting screws are screwed into the pressed holes. This set is

Rounding of pulleys

be square or bluntly tapered. The height of the arc 'h' depends on the diameter
and the width of the pulley. The recommended materials for the manufacture of pulleys are
grey cast iron or steel.
When fitting the pulley, the rule that the belt is
20 mm narrower than the width of the pulley. In special cases, it may be
this dimension can be reduced to 10 mm.
We offer flat pulleys only in the version with hub for TB bushing.
